A marriage of luxury and gastronomy, the 16th annual Cayman Cookout 2025 set for January 15 to 20, returns with world-class culinary and beverage experts for six days of epicurean indulgence.
Hosted by acclaimed chef Eric Ripert at The Ritz-Carlton – Grand Cayman, Cayman Cookout boasts an impressive roster of events, from exciting beachside barbecues where top chefs show off their mastery of cooking over an open flame to delightful food and beverage pairings that demonstrate the art of matching flavors and promises unique gastronomic combinations. The eating is only half of the luxury culinary experience, however, as attending foodies will be treated to live cooking and plating demonstrations and made privy to new cooking techniques and industry insights by visiting culinary experts.
World-renowned chefs converging at the exclusive event include Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse along with Jorge Vallejo, Mawa McQueen, Ronald Hsu, and Gonzo Jimenez to name a few. Drinks will be concocted by beverage experts while a premier sommelier will curate wine.
Indulging in epicurean delights while rubbing shoulders with culinary greats makes the Cayman Cookout the pinnacle of exclusive culinary festivals. With the Ritz-Carlton’s recently-redesigned spaces as backdrop, the six-day event will captivate the senses with palatable pleasures and lively sunset soirées, best experienced barefoot on the powdery soft, white and beige beaches of the Grand Cayman.
